The 2011-2012 ski season in China is open for the major resorts. This year promises to be another banner year for China skiing as the industry continues to grow with new trails and lifts in the major resorts. In particular, ChongLi will make its debut as a real ski town with the transformation of this sleepy town into a real center for the winter vacationer and Beijing weekend skier. This site will keep track of and report how the 2011-2012 season unfolds at the larger resorts in China.
NEW!!! Beijing Area Ski Trip Offerings for 2011-2012 published. With the expanded terrain at Wanlong and the expected partial opening of the new Secret Garden resort, we will head to ChongLi, the largest concentration of ski terrain in China, with tours departing Friday night and returning Sunday night.
